The On-Site Planning Session allows our team to get a feel for the space, take measurements, and discuss what your ideal “end result” will look like. At this point we also like to “shop your home” with you for existing furniture and organizational pieces that may be repurposed for your space. Our team may also make recommendations for additional purchases and supplies that will help you reach your goals with your space!

Our team helps you sort through every item in your space and determine what to keep vs. donate vs. recycle / throw away. Then, we reorganize your space in a way that works for you and is simple to maintain.
When the project is finalized, we will walk through the space with you to discuss the changes and reinforce strategies to help you maintain your reclaimed space. Our team will also take one load of purged items for donation and / or recycling at this time.

We meet with you in your home to discuss options for staging each area of your home. This may include discussing storage options, decluttering and packing of certain personal items, and bringing in select items for staging. In-Home Consultations will usually last 1-2 hours. Within 3 business days following our In-Home Consultation, our team will deliver a Project Estimate & Plan for you to review. When you agree to the estimate, we will schedule your Staging Day(s)!
We come set up your home ahead of pictures, an open house, or showings. Utilizing your key pieces, we ensure each space is functional and visually appealing as well as easily livable for you and your family throughout the selling process!

We meet with you in your home to discuss options for staging each area of your home. During this time we will identify which rooms and spaces to focus staging on. Depending on your overall budget, we will develop a plan that makes your home shine without hurting your bottom line.
Within 3 business days following our On-Site Consultation, our team will deliver a Project Estimate & Plan for you to review. This plan will outline labor costs, rental costs of furniture, estimated time to complete the job, and the time period the home will be staged. When you agree to the estimate, we will schedule your Staging Day(s)!

We come set up your home ahead of pictures, an open house, or showings. Utilizing a mix of Staged for Life inventory as well as leased items, we will create a space that showcases your home's most positive attributes, landing you more money at the closing table. Vacant home staging typically takes between 1 and 3 days depending on the size and scope of the project. At the end of the contract term, we will remove all staged furniture and accessories.
Let's face it- moving is stressful! We are here to make the process seamless and easier for you. We can help you pack (and purge, if needed), or unpack and set up your new home. Our goal is to get you out of your old place and enjoying your new space right away, without living out of boxes!
